Attorney Ricardo De Lara, Jr. was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Since obtaining licensure, he has represented clients in the areas of Immigration Law and Personal Injury. He has vast experience in representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and those in Deportation/Removal Proceedings before the United States Department of Justice’s Immigration Courts (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
